A 7-night sailing Roundtrip from Vancouver, with stops in Juneau, Ketchikan, Skagway, & scenic sailng thru Glacier Bay National Park, The Inside Passage, & Tracy Arm Inlet.
TRIP OVERVIEW
Day 0 – Arrive in Vancouver, British Columbia
Arrive one day early to relax, avoid travel delays, and enjoy a night in this vibrant city before boarding the ship. (Hotel recommendation available in the Book Now section)
Day 1 – Embarkation Day
Your journey begins in beautiful Vancouver. Board the Koningsdam, settle into your stateroom, and get ready for a week of adventure as we sail north through the Inside Passage.
Day 2 – Scenic Cruising: Inside Passage
Relax on deck as we glide past forested coastlines, mountain peaks, and quiet coves. Keep your camera ready—you may spot whales, dolphins, or bald eagles along the way.
Day 3 – Tracy Arm Inlet | Juneau, Alaska
Sail into the dramatic Tracy Arm Inlet, surrounded by towering cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and blue-tinted glaciers. Later, step ashore in Juneau, Alaska’s capital, where you can explore by tramway, visit Mendenhall Glacier, or simply wander the charming streets.
Day 4 – Skagway, Alaska
Once a bustling Gold Rush town, Skagway is filled with history and adventure. Ride the White Pass & Yukon Route Railway, hike scenic trails, or browse the wooden boardwalk shops.
Day 5 – Glacier Bay National Park (Scenic Cruising)
A highlight of the voyage! Spend the day cruising among glaciers that crack and thunder as they calve into the sea. Park rangers will be on board to share stories about this pristine wilderness.
Day 6 – Ketchikan, Alaska
Known as the “Salmon Capital of the World,” Ketchikan offers a rich mix of Native culture, colorful totem poles, and vibrant waterfront shops. It’s also one of the best ports for spotting eagles and salmon runs.
Day 7 – Scenic Cruising: Inside Passage
Savor one more day of Alaska’s rugged beauty as we sail back through the Inside Passage. It’s the perfect chance to relax, enjoy the ship, and toast to new friends.
Day 8 – Vancouver, British Columbia
We arrive back in Vancouver with a heart full of memories and stories to last a lifetime.
